help with refreshing derived files |
hi--
i seem to be having a problem with re-creating (refreshing?) some derived files. the file in question is :
http://www.archive.org/details/FlipBook4the corrected .pdf file i uploaded looks fine, but the .gif files and some others (.djvu etc.) do not show the changes i made. when i tried to re-derive it (click on the derive button) i get the following error message: there is already a derive.php task for this item. please wait for it to finish. when i look at the task itself (id# 70569403), it says "FATAL ERROR -- EXITING: module failed! aborting rest of derive and failing!" yet, when i look at the history of the task, it says that the derive .php is still in the queue. it's been there for 18 hours. what should i do? i've already tried re-uploading the .pdf file, only to receive the same error message that there is already a derive.php in queue. do i just need to wait? and for how long? if you could look at this message and respond, i would much appreciate it.
thanks.
